Radio as a soundtrack of my life.
From local radio in Campania to citizen journalism, international reporting, editorial direction, and cross-media storytelling, broadcasting has shaped my voice long before digital platforms became the norm.
Origins
Radio has always been the soundtrack of my life. I began behind the microphone in Campania, Italy, in the early ’90s, working with local stations such as Radio Antenna Partenope, Radio Zeta FM, Antenna Uno, and Radio Punto Zero.
Those were formative years — community-driven, raw, and intensely creative. I broadcasted live the old-fashioned way, long before the internet reshaped communication. Alongside radio, I took my first steps in journalism with Radio Music Magazine, based in Bologna, a paper magazine exploring Italian music and the broader radio landscape.

Key milestones
A concise editorial path from early broadcasting to platform strategy and business intelligence.
CalcioCampano
In Naples in 1998, I helped launch CalcioCampano, the first innovative and visionary online portal dedicated to football teams in Campania. It was a pioneering project that, for the first time in Italy, integrated press news, a live radio program broadcast by Radio Punto Zero and streamed globally on the internet, a TV sports show on Telecapri Sport, and automated news-updating technology within a single multimedia ecosystem.
OhMyNews and The Nation Junior
After moving to northern Italy, I joined OhMyNews International, one of the world’s first global experiments in citizen journalism, based in South Korea. That experience later inspired my reporting for The Nation Junior in Bangkok, where I covered cultural and educational topics from a European perspective for an Asian youth audience.
Culture, society, and radio presence
Later, I wrote for Fanpage d’Autore and La Voce d’Italia, focusing on society and culture. My collaboration with La Voce d’Italia also led me to BBC Three Counties Radio, where I joined Roberto Perrone’s program Mondo Italiano as a visiting host.
Editorial direction and transformation
Beginning in 2020 in Milan, I became Editorial Director at Radio BlaBla Network. I then joined Kristall Radio Milano, where I helped modernize communication strategies and strengthen the news division. Today, I lead editorial development and innovation strategy at Radio Brianza, guiding its transformation from a local broadcaster into a cross-media platform focused on community storytelling, podcasting, and branded content.
Long before digital transformation became a professional framework, radio had already taught me how attention works, how language creates proximity, and how editorial choices shape trust.
That legacy still lives in everything I build today: strategy with narrative awareness, innovation with media sensitivity, and communication with a strong sense of audience, timing, and tone.
CoffeeBI
In parallel, my print and digital journalism evolved through the launch of CoffeeBI, where I combine data journalism and business intelligence to explore communication, markets, and the coffee industry.
It is a natural extension of the same editorial instinct: reading signals, organizing complexity, and turning information into meaningful stories.
